Abstract Guidlines

General Guidelines

  • 1. Only registered delegates are allowed to submit the abstract for paper or poster.
  • 2. Each delegate can submit a maximum of 2 Abstracts for E posters
  • 3. The abstract for the paper/poster needs to be structured (background, aims, methods, results and conclusion) and within 250 words.
  • 4. The presenting author (or the author who submits the abstract in case of symposia/workshop) will be the contact person for all the correspondence about the presentation. Name of presenting author should be underlined in the author list.
  • 5. All abstracts are to be submitted in English, Times New Roman font, Title font size 14, content font size 12, spacing 2.0.
  • 6. Please choose appropriate category related to your presentation and mention the category at the top of abstract. Do not submit the same abstract to multiple categories (see below for categories).
  • 7. All abstracts must be submitted via the conference website ONLY.
  • 8. The title should be short and concise & must not be written in capital letters.
  • 9. The abstract should not contain broad statements like "The results will be discussed".
  • 10. You may use standard abbreviations, however, mention unusual abbreviations in brackets after the full word, when it appears for the first time.
  • 11. Use numerals to indicate numbers, except at the beginning of a sentence.
  • 12. Last date for submission of Abstracts is 31st January 2019.
  • 13. All submissions will be acknowledged by email only. So, please provide your current working E mail ID along with Mobile number. (The Organizing Committee shall not be responsible if you do not receive any response due to wrong email ids provided).
  • 14. The specific date and time of the presentation along with the location will be shared shortly and will also be updated on the website. All are kindly requested to visit the website for details of the Scientific Programme on regular basis for latest updates.

Instructions for Content of Abstract

  • 1.       Figures, tables and graphs should not be included.
  • 2.       Use generic names of drugs and yoga practices only.
  • 3.       In original research the results have to be submitted with the abstract.
  • 4.       No references are needed with abstract submission.
  • 5.       By submission of an abstract, the author transfers copyright ownership to the organizing committee for publications. All accepted abstracts may be published as part of conference data
  • 6.       The Organizing committee discourages submission of abstract on previously published/presented data
  • 7.       The Scientific Committee will review the abstracts & the acceptance will be communicated to the presenting author by 15th March 2019.
  • 8.       The Scientific Committee reserves the right to allocate a session time or change the presentation type.
